It's not really a thing, the reason your eyes look bigger in prescription glasses is because they have magnification, which is the exact thing that affects vision.

Good news is that using glasses with very mild magnification won't be harmful to your eyes.. just pretty annoying if you go over 1+ (0.25-1 doesn't affect visiona at all basically).

And either way if you're asian even fashion glasses with no magnification will make you look good, you don't need your eyes to look bigger, because they're still covered by the lenses.
