Why software?

I was a med guy tbh

COVID changed my perspective, niggas had to risk their life for nothing

Hence software

Also I was obsessed with adding mod scripts since 5th grade so I knew I would do something if not a bare minimum job that field

Job:

I'm cooked, stayed late till 1-2 at night as there's a product release, so I'm getting screwed left and right

Unholy amt of caffeine

End goal tbh:

Just be better than avg,

The more I plan , the worse it gets so I've kept a threshold to be better than the avg crowd in all areas of life that's all

That's great to hear man. Even I used to work late into the night when I used to work at startups. It's just how it is there. You'll also gets lot of valuable experience there once you move to bigger companies you'll get a cog in a machine type of feeling with so many audits and code reviews and sprint cycles. It gets more chill and less stressful but the work starts feeling kinda boring tbh. So enjoy what you have rn.
