but they grinded me more on fundamentals

Yeah. I doubt you'll get proper computer vision work as fresher. Start small and job switch after 1-2 years double Down on Computer Vision stuff since it's your strength or hop on the AI pipeline train.

How's the scene in Ai-ML stuff, QUANTs are still paying crazy though, even interns getting paid crazy money in it

but my advice dont enter just for the fun of it
