bro the issue is I literally have spent 1000$ or more on skincare, I genuinely can't get my acne to go away and now it's so scarred as it's finally calming down i'll go for some microneedling in my 20s cuz that's when acne fully stops but what do i do now

Inflammation goes down when you’re not Goal number one in fixing your acne should have been losing about 100 pounds of excess weight. Also I’m not sure how the accutane did not remove your acne, what was your cycle. Your acne looks mild asf btw.

1k is insane bro my maintanence is like 3k but im obese rn, i started my cut today and now im on 1.8k + 10k steps a day and weightlifting 3x a week
