nah ive been in the gym, js so mad i started with a mass is law mentality so never trained themtraining them should help them being more visible at higher bf% but it all really comes down to lower bf% but 12% should be enough really.
you can recomp if you are new to the gym, if not it will be hard to put on muscle in a deficit
