If someone hops on, they gotta eat bunch of omega-3 fish + eggs to avoid deficiencies and do full body workout to prevent muscle loss, otherwise they're gonna look terrible. They start to look like Funko Pops.

creatine is such a scam supplement. Tried it (good brand too, 5mg/d), gave me just water retention and barely any strength gain.
It also increases DHT, which makes you bald.
Yes, I've researched this, newer studies on creatine and balding suck and are sponsored by creatine companies.

Imagine if you're at the club and there are 5 girls and 15 dudes.
Of those 15, 5 would be overweight and u might have been able to mog them, 4 would be too shy to talk, so you would compete against 6.
