GLP-1 tolerance fix?

Been on them for about 6 months or so and i think I've titrated way too fast the appetite suppression is just completely dead now
15mg tirz feels like nothing when 2mg reta used to cripple me to 1k cals max

Has anyone found that taking a tolerance break helps alot
