Glp1 and gh

Are glp1 a good combo with growth hormone? I have tirzepatide rn and wanna get some gh is it a good idea to stack them. Ik glp1 help to improve insulin sensitivity so it sound like a good idea to me because gh makes you insulin resistant.

Can use if you want but it's not like the supposed improvement in insulin sensitivity will be needed to negate responsible abuse of HGH.
