Glucosamine effects on height overtime?

After taking a glucosamine supplement, how long before the effects of an extra inch of height occur? Assuming youre doing stretches to elongate your torso and legs, does it take a week/weeks of supplementation for it to fully work, or does just taking it for the first time show the results? Asking because my glucosamine just came in the mail and wanted to know that if i did stretches tomorrow and took a pill if I would get the full effects or if I had to work up to it.

you won’t get an inch of height from glucosamine. it takes a while even for 0.25 inches to generate in the spinal discs and that height increase isn’t above your morning height. it’s simply hydrated discs keeping you taller throughout the day fighting spinal compression. been using it for over a month. no significant difference or changes noticed.

tdlr; 0.5 inch tops sustained increase throughout day within morning height

also did you notice that you sustained more of your morning height after taking the supplements for a while or was it the same amount of height from the start?

i did for like a week but then i stopped cause i got busy

i measured and it was like up 0.2 inches of what it previously was at nighttime. again not very significant but it works, i took it because i had very bad spinal compression it hella nerfed me at the end of the day after heavy squats or deadlifts. i lost like a whole ass inch lmao

yea 80% of lifts compress your spine its so fucked even gravity is trying to stop us from mogging.

every centimeter counts atp so its worth it, preciate you telling your experience on this
