Glucosamine Question

I want to supplement this to keep my morning height but, I heard it inhibits future height growth. Is it true?

Age:17 Height: 5'9 barefoot

i was thinking about taking it too but glucosamine desensitizes ur body against igf1 so i think its not worth, mainly if youre still growing
