I started taking this 3 weeks ago, for my joints pain, not to get TMJ from chewing, and height increase. However, I just noticed I didnt lose any weight loss f not I gained.

It seems that it causes insulin resistance, which results in weight gain.

In short, it is not a good supplement.

There are many other studies that states the same.

In short, you should probably eat less.

I eat only 1500-2000 calories, workout and walk and run 8km daily, and yet I gained one kg.

How the fuck did this happen, if it didnt cause any insulin resistance?

Don't know man it's your body that's gaining fat, not mine.
You're probably eating too much or aren't really exercising that hard.

What's your stats (height, weight, etc)?

I thought I was eating 2,000 calories then I actually counted and it was closer to 3,000,

you´re definitely eating more than you think

188cm, 75kgs, skinny fat. I lost some body fat (even tho I gained weight) because I started working out.

My metabolism is really fucked as a skinny man, but yet.. to gain kg in only 3 weeks even though I am working out/cardio seems dangerous. Will keep taking it for one week with less food and see what happens.

Yeah he's right, your BMR should be ~1800kcals, no way you're eating 2000 and not losing weight.

1 kg can be anything, increased disc lubrication (which is good), normal weight fluctuations independent of glucosamine, food content, glycogen retention etc. etc.

Don't be autistic and become a scale warrior who gets upset about every little irrelevant change

BMR stands for basal metabolic rate, it's the energy you need to survive at rest without factoring in stuff like walking or running.

What you want to consider when dieting down is your TDEE (total daily energy expenditure) which is your BMR multiplied by a factor like 1.1/1.2/1.3 depending on your lifestyle and exercise levels.

If you really train that hard than i think your TDEE is ~2200-2300kcals.

With this TDEE you should be losing weight eating 2000kcals every day pretty easily.

In reality you're either overestimating your training or are eating too much, probably both.
