I’m Indian (over 🥀) and my skin is a bit dark
I’ve been thinking of taking glutathione to lighten it.

Since it’s taken orally, it’ll probably lighten my hair, eyebrows, etc. a little. So how much would it lighten it.
My hair is pretty black right now and I like the contrast so I wouldn’t really want it to be lighter.
I know I can dye it but how much work would that be/how long would it last.

Also if I stop taking it’ll revert back right? So I could just try and see. And how long does it take to go through that cycle (meaning lighten, stop taking, revert back)

Also any side effects of glutathione?
Any transformations?

I’ve been thinking of taking glucosamine to lighten it.

Oral Glutathione is awful since it's bioability is terrible. The injectable version is far superior but even then effects are minimal and won't significantly lighten your skin. OP the best thing for skin lightening are Hydroquinone or Mequinol.

Oh I see
Since those are topical, would the boundary between applied area vs natural be noticeable
And when I rub it on my face, would I avoid my eyebrows or would it have minimal effect?
