God punishes you if you ever succumb to the deadly sin of gluttony, if you don’t then you’ll not have loose skin.
All that sagging loose skin once you lose hella weight like 30kgs/66lbs + you’ll be left with a self made looksmin - loose skin. Especially more if you are on muh GLP 1s. This can be corrected by surgery but something about your face…will still tell people you probably were a fat blob in the past.
Random unc after losing 100lbs in a year
I realised the mistake in my late teens when I let go off my body to 20kgs+ above the required lean weight for my height and frame, I retreated ASAP and cut down to my desired lean weight in a span of 7 months. I did gain half of it back in like 1.5 years but that’s a story for another day.
TLDR:- Never let yourself be so low in willpower that you gain fat more than 24% bf ever in your entire life. Alarm yourself if you ever hit more than 20%, but if you have other real paramount work in your life like @Dr. Mog does then you are allowed to reach up to 24% to facilitate physical comfort temporarily and then hop back to looksmaxxing ASAP.
