Since I'm already taking a lot of supplements, I wanted to add something. And I stumbled upon a video about a guy discussing glycine. And whilst the majority of people gave positive feedback about it it's said that it's not tested (+ I'm 14) so I dont know if I should start taking it

glycine isn’t cope the benefits are so worth it for sleep i take 6-9g and you can take around 3-10g for a bunch of useful results the majority of this amino acid is used almost everywhere in your body.

i believe majority of supplements are cope if your not getting the right amount of nutrients but there are only a few that have benefits that are hard to get in the day in time.

i’ve noticed better clearer skin and better sleep off of this supplement i take it via powder.

benefits
1. Sleep & relaxation
• Helps you fall asleep faster and improves deep sleep quality
• Can reduce sleep disturbances
• Works by calming the nervous system and slightly lowering core body temperature

2. Cognitive / mood support
• Has a mild calming effect → can reduce anxiety or stress in some people
• Supports neurotransmitters like GABA, which regulate brain activity

3. Muscle & recovery
• Amino acid = building block for muscle protein
• Can help with exercise recovery and reducing fatigue

4. Collagen & skin health
• Major component of collagen, so supports:
• Skin elasticity
• Hair and nail strength
• Joint and tendon health

5. Metabolic support
• Helps regulate blood sugar and insulin response
• Can support detoxification in the liver

6. Bone & connective tissue
• Supports osteoblast activity indirectly via collagen production
• May slightly aid bone and cartilage health.

  • +1
