Removing dead skin- use a lip exfoliator and keep your lips hydrated.

As for changing the colour?
Long term? Tattooing is really the only way forward.
Temporarily? Plumping lip balms/glosses that irritate your lips- just wipe the gloss off after its worked.

I'm not clear about the exfoliators part. What is the best exfoliator that you recommend?

In your guide you recommend exfoliating the skin daily with AHAs but I understood that it was not recommended to exfoliate the skin daily because I suppose that you have to leave dead cells to remove them with the exfoliator, right?
