Gna reintroduce tret into my routine

FUcked my skin barrier for a while using it everyday. Ill do one more week just hydration then start with 30 minutes off then wash it.
Not gonna hop on taz cause i got a full tretinoin cream.

Am - wash face cold water
B5 moisturising cream
Sunscreen

Pm -
Ceravee hydrating cleanser
Alpha arbutin for redness
B5 moisturising cream

Tret 1x week (build tolerance)
