Pretty bad bro but not over check face metrics that motherfucker got one of the worst eye area i ever seen and still ascended with canthopexy canthoplasty infras and fat transfer

Yes but not worth it all and no sane doctor would perform it on you since the surgery is extremly risky and done for severly deformed people only i dont think asymetry is your problem once your tilt is fixed it will be a lot less noticeable
