go gym or full home gym machine

thinking of starting gym but was wondering if i just go to gym, or do i invest in one of those home gym machines

Depends on how much money u got nd how comfortable r u with going outside.

i only go to the gym with a friend if im not with a friend i go home because i dont like being in public alone

i got $2100 aud spare its $1500aud on sale, going outside doesnt really bother me its just time consuming

If you can build a home gym then probably a home gym. It’s easier to go to a home gym than to haul your ass to the gym every single time.

Power rack and a multifunctional bench.

With these (and weights, obviously), you'll be able to do 90% of shit in a commercial gym.

Then add whatever extras you like.

Definitely resistance bands, maybe a cable machine attachment, olympic rings, etc.

I haven't stepped into a gym since, if I think hard, maybe since 2017...

you can build a pretty good gym at home lol, personally I know many people who don’t feel like going all the way to the gym everyday, so they split it up, maximize your time and energy that way too

Better than taking commute to gym or driving there unless you have a gym 5 min walk from you, that is if you can afford and make a decent home gym with the help of someone
