How come?Half and half is the real answer
you can build a pretty good gym at home lol, personally I know many people who don’t feel like going all the way to the gym everyday, so they split it up, maximize your time and energy that way tooHow come?
It depends on your exact goals, no?
I haven't stepped into a gym since, if I think hard, maybe since 2017...
exactlyPower rack and a multifunctional bench.
With these (and weights, obviously), you'll be able to do 90% of shit in a commercial gym.
Then add whatever extras you like.
Definitely resistance bands, maybe a cable machine attachment, olympic rings, etc.
Better than taking commute to gym or driving there unless you have a gym 5 min walk from you, that is if you can afford and make a decent home gym with the help of someoneexplain
