So many people rot on this forum, and I’ll be completely honest, I’ve done the same (not to the extent of some of you), but it’s important you occupy your life with things to keep you distracted from lookism.

When I find myself consuming lots of bp content, my mental health is a sack of shit and I’ll genuinely spend hours looking at my face, even tho I’m not ugly, hyperfixating on failos, which makes me wanna kms.

Getting away from this stuff for a little while has really cheered me up, and I actually feel confident in myself (just be confident guys remember).

This is an official reminder to keep smiling, enjoy your lives, before it’s gone. If you’re lmtn+ (even those who are hltn with appeal) just be NT, get in social circles, and you can find a girl.

I wish you all the best, I honestly do, and stay strong guys.

Say what you want about looks, and yes I do believe it is the primary factor in attraction, without it there is no attraction, but that doesn’t mean destroying your mental health to look better. Get what information you need and go, stop spending hours on here comparing yourself to the top 1% of men, the whole point of lm is to improve your base.

If you can get into social circles through things you like, such as anime, you can potentially get closer to women in that niche and then potentially date them. Just get yourself involved, before you get old and are regretting not doing shit with your life.

Good, if you feel more comfortable in that environment, you will feel more comfortable speaking to women and people in general there, plus you have a topic of interest.

Go to comic con, dress up, and interact with people.

Even if you don’t “pull” or get in a social circle, at least enjoy yourself. As much as I care about the way I look, there is more to life than just looks and slaying women. Go to that event with the intention of enjoying yourself.

I get why you would be tho, I’ve been into bp for almost three years, and I’d be lying if I said I still don’t think about it every day, because I do. But it’s on your mind less.

I remember when I was working at some cafe a couple years ago, and every customer I served at the till (counter if you’re American), I would analyse their face, snd in particular their canthal tilt (as it’s one of the first things you learn in bp (early days)).

Now I don’t analyse peoples faces, and only really notice their failos subconsciously if they’re REALLY bad.

The more you’re out there, and interacting with people, the less it takes over your life.
