nah, but people expect to develop properly while rotting, go do sports instead which optimizes hormones and bodyfat levels. Hormones have an impact on your bones in puberty

Thankful I was forced to play throughout my childhood. Team sports are fun anyway tbh.
Consider yourself lucky man, sadly I didn't have anyone to tell me to play sports and thus spent most of my childhood playing stupid video games. I know that the "sports grow BONES" thing is a stupid meme, but playing team sports from a young age on has a lot of benefits to it, from improved health all the way to a better social life, etc.

nigga you need to play sports and be active if you want to increase your natural hormone release when you're a teenager. If you sit around all day not doing shit you're not gonna grow. Hormone increase leads to much better bone growth, since your bones aren't fused together yet.

Like nigga Michael Jordan's dad was 5'9. Jordan didn't grow to be 6'6 playing video games all day. He went outside and shot baskets. Be active.
