the reflection makes ur face more symmetrical and some mirrors widen, or narrows down the face. A good expensive mirror is accurate but other people see what u see most likely because they arent overanalyzing themselves. Its a hard question search it up

I have and I've got that mirrors are accurate. Also videos are accurate from a distance. But mirrors are fine

Yes mirror makes you better looking in your mind. So your brain will make you think you look better than you really do + your asymmetries will not show up. Photos + videos arent really your true-self as well because of weak resolution and lens disortion in cell phones. Mirror is almost you, put your friend in a front of mirror and ask him if he can spot difference, he wont. Fact is that you arent as good looking as you see yourself in mirror.
