i want to drop 10 kilos should i go to gym during this time i wont gain kilo in this period so my strength wont increase in gym anyway
 
Absolutely. Work out during a cut.

If you are a beginner, you may even build some muscle while cutting (known as 'noob gains'), with the missing calories taken from your fat storages.


An advanced or intermediate lifter needs to be in a caloric surplus to build muscle though.
