What is your guyses go to preworkout food?

For me it is 2-3 small rice crispies some honey and then 1 1/2 scoops of bucked up mother bucker pre

Eating ur carbs close to working out isnt even important, just eat alot of carbs throughout the day before hand doesnt have to be close proximity
