Worst thing for skin.
My skin is always crystal clear now even if I spam fast food

mirin but i myself didnt find any causal research or even mechanistic speculation for it. i also have super clear skin and im not on anything for it besides some topical creams, but even without them i dont have any issues.

what are you on btw?

strange, i found goats milk to be a bit more flavorful than cows. maybe it was pasteurized or you got it from bad animals?

then idk probably just a preference then. either way cow and goat milk is very similar so it doesnt matter much, so drink whatever tastes better
