Raw milk is good for you and raw eggs have such a tiny chance of causing any harm to you that if it’s more efficient for you to do so you can just drink them up.

Raw meat depends on the source and even then even cooking it just a bit helps a lot, keeps most of nutrients while eliminating most disease/parasite risk
