None of us were born ugly. There is no such thing as recessed jaws in mother nature. There is no such thing as sleep apnea in mother nature. There is no such thing as crooked noses in mother nature. There is no such thing.
We've all been fucking ourselves with bad food over the millennia. That's true. Our jaws have gotten smaller and smaller.
We have a plague of undeveloped faces these days.

There are no crooked teeth in Mother Nature. We have never needed an orthodontist. Our teeth developed (basicalls, if you have shit teeth you have a shit jaw - shit teeth are caused by a shit jaw) extremely poorly after the first generation that was affected by modern food.

But so many years and millennia have passed that I doubt that such a diet can bring us to such a point. He is not wrong and it would not hurt to live according to his attitude to life either.
