"healthy" means vegetables, literal poison
Healthy means eating whole nutritious foods that don't personally cause issues for you, vegetables don't cause issues for most people, and anti-nutrients aren't a concern given that you're properly preparing your vegetables (and even then, they're only a problem for a very small percentage of people). You've fallen for unfundamented propaganda, good job.

Vegetables are fine bro, just like fruits, meat, eggs or fish are fine.

whats the optimal diet in ur opinion im curios ur knowledgable about stuff
Well I kinda said it above, but there's no optimal diet for everyone, however I can provide some guidelines you can follow:
  1. Eat whole, minimally processed foods.
  2. Experiment with various foods, what sits right with my gut, may not sit right with yours. We all have a different genetic makeup and respond differently to certain foods, if you have a particular intolerance for something, there's no need to keep it around.
  3. Eat beef, organ meats, poultry and eggs (ideally from pasture-fed animals).
  4. Eat fish (ideally not farm-raised), fish eggs and shellfish (ideally from unpolluted waters).
  5. Eat dairy (milk, yogurt, kefir, cheese, butter) if well-tolerated.
  6. Use animal fats, such as lard, tallow, egg yolks, cream and butter liberally. When it comes to plant fats try to only stick to ones that come from fruits (olive, coconut, avocado), try to avoid seed oils because they contributed to inflammation markers in the body
  7. Take supplements as needed to fill in nutritional gaps, ideally, you should be getting most of your nutrition from your diet (you can track this with Cronometer).
  8. Eat fresh fruits and vegetables (preferably organic) and use vegetables in soups, lightly steamed with butter, boiled or fermented (avoid eating them raw if they're high in anti-nutrients).
  9. Use whole grains, legumes and nuts that have been prepared by soaking, sprouting or sour leavening to neutralize phytic acid, enzyme inhibitors and other anti-nutrients. White rice is fine though.
I wish I could tell you "eat this and this food" and "don't eat this or that food", but that is dogmatic thinking and really not helpful at all.

i dont eat leafy greens :lul::ROFLMAO:

just eat animal products and ocassionally fruit. thats it

just do elimination diet to see what your body can or not handle
rn i'm on chicken ground beef 96/4% tomato sauce sweet and normal potatoes and eggs maybe some siracha or cheese if i wanna waste the calories ill do this for 3 months and see how it goes
