God awful eyes - how should I tackle it?

Flat cheeks, tear troughs, hollow/sunken eyes, saggy eyebrows. So many things wrong I don't even know where to start.

Should I just do a shit tonne of fat transfer to both upper and lower eyes to start, or is there a better thing I can do?

I'm close to Thailand so I'd prefer to go there if anyone happens to know of any good clinic.

You need to replicate the thing you do with your fingers. And then do fat grafts. Its some kind of cathopexy. You could do infra implants too, but the two first one is necessary

It would also look better if you save out some hair because now with the narrow temples it becomes even more obv. Ypu should also fat graft the temples

I'm just simulating a temporal brow lift when I lift with my fingers. It's a lot better look but you can see it creates a lot of dead space between the eye and brow.

Fat grafting the temples is a good shout though, you're right I do need that.

Difficulty with this is it seems impossible to find outside of North America. I can't find anywhere in Thailand and South Korea that even mention it.

Also I have insanely flat cheeks , so I was strongly considering cheek implants sometime in the future too. Im assuming you can't get both orbital rim implants and cheek implants. So i thought cheek implants + fat transfer for eyes would be best.

Oh this is a great help actually. So it seems malar implants are a thing here after all, I was just googling with the wrong term.

I don't suppose you (or anyone else) has an opinion on the order of operations here? Would it be better to do malar implants first, or fat transfer first?
