These are genetic and have had them since I was a little kid. Any softmaxxes that aren’t cope? If not which surgery would benefit me? (Implants, fat grafts, fillers etc) There’s a severe lack of fat with no puffiness, very prominent eye bags (not completely noticeable on the pictures)
