actually the main reason i love glutes is that i pinned delts only for so long and glutes feel so superior now

i think glutes are straight up superior
i hate delts because i had to split doses and it didnt feel good at all pinning them, very uncomfortable compared to glutes

I alternate a pin on each shoulder

i was doing 0.5 ml each on pinning days
done 1 ml too but heard mixed opinions and wanted to keep it secure

I'm doing 1ml injections and so far so good, almost no PIP since the first one
thanks for the advice, next cycle I'll try glutes but I already have all my 1/2 in needles so I will finish this one on delt
