please help me gosh ik how important sleep is for my development yet i get sub 7 hours every night im so stupid please help
 
get melatonin and have a proper sleep rhythm. It's really not hard, just stop being a loser and watching tiktoks until 2 am. Set a particular time like 10-11 pm. Be on point as fuck, like you must not miss that bedtime no matter what. Then set a particular wakeup time like 7-8 am. Do this even in weekends, never fuck up. Takes time but eventually this will work and you'll get great sleep

i feel like i dont have the mental strength for this but i know it would help. nah your right bro im just gonna fuckin lock in cos sleep is literally life like sleep effects everything.
