This is because Jesus's humanity is still present. He is perfectly human, he will face anxiety and dread of the idea of being crucified just as we would but he still does it because he can understand the implications. and the good that comes from it

But I find it weird that jesus was the physical manifestation of god when he had to shit and eat to survive. I just find it unfitting of god. Jesus was also not all knowing or all powerful so that is another concern that I have with that

This is Gnosticism, quite a bit more complicated but God made the world and saw it was good. Why should he not be in a world that he made?
