BUT IT'S GONNA STUNT MY GROWTH AND POTENTIALLY MAKE ME PERMA 5'10 CUZ I'M GONNA BE UNDERNUTRITIONED

If I cut istg my full lower abdominals will be revealed and it'll be such a slaying halo when I get back into school but I'm still bulking cuz I'm really juicing the balls out of my newbie gains and I'm training FUCKING HARD (3X EVERY MUSCLE GROUP, USED TO DO 5X FOR THE FIRST 4 MONTHS) and I am eating a RIDICULOUS amount of protein/calcium for someone my age so ik I'll reach my genetic potential real fucking fast. So far it's been good man and I've seen great progress.... But the bulk never stops, not yet. I'm just hoping that whole shit about where you gain muscle and lose fat when you're younger is true so the full six pack will come to fruition.

NM just actually read your thread, my bad, i know how you feel, bulk up and make a proper cut the summer or the next depending on how old you are. If you're natty you need to bulk up for a good while to gain proper musclemass anyways, i would reccomend keeping a ~300-350 kcal surplus for a good time while you're growing and then mog the shit out of all twinks when you're done. If you're decent looking a naturally build body will halo you quite a bit. My appetite is shit duo to stresssmoking and forgetting to eat duo to work, stunted some of my growth I believe or just unlucky and got my mom's genetics, don't make the same mistake Bhai, i believe in you

most important is protein. aim for 200 gram+ per day minimum of animal protein. 300+ ideally
and other macros just enough so you have decent Test production

organ meats, kefir etc
 
I only eat human remains
 
take ais, , calcium and vitd3+k2 and youll be good cuttinf
