Yeah it pretty good

make sure you eat enough carbs before you lifet or you'll want to kill yourself

Walking is great cardio

Just switching to wholefood and walking 10k steps a day took alot of fat off my face

Excessive cardio will just maw you hungry and tired. Start w lots of walking. I did up to 20k steps

yeah but its not a magic potion you still will get hungry especially after intense cardio

it normalizes your hunger thats the idea

and then it actually boosts your NEAT

Pea protein is very disgusting would help you lose appetite for a while . Also drink 0 sugar sodas ,even better if they are off brand and worse than original tasting.

only 500 deficit on a glp is kinda silly ngl

reta helps a ton with hunger levels, im still on the lowest dose, its a fucking miracle stuff but yeah you need to upp your dose if you want more effectivness, i wont ever use DNP but thats me

your calorie deficit is not 500.
by definition calorie deficit is calories eaten vs burnt
1 hour of cardio daily , if its sumn like walking yeah sure only a bit but if
you are using high tech machines like me 800-1000 calories a hour that is a HUGE deficit

i hope you mean he should be in a max deficit of 25 percent of his tdee cause if you are saying that 25% of his tdee is 800 cals or more op is eating like 6 meals a day

If you’re fat, and have access to retatrutide and cagrilintide, why would you keep to a 500 deficit? That’ll take a seemingly endless amount of time. For at least the first couple of months you should be able to maintain around a 1.5k deficit daily with only mild strain. Add DNP, make it moderate strain, and you could look like an entirely new person in just a few weeks.

bro thanks a lot for your help, in my own experience with reta back in the day if idid a 700+ deficit in my diet i would fucking have nightmares every fucking day, cold sweat while sleeping, horrible stuff :feelsgood: idk why

I’d try adding cagrilintide if I were you, reta alone wasn’t enough for me either. Good luck with your fat loss

I wonder if anyone has ever thought of eating rabbit meat to lose weight, apparently you burn more energy digesting it and stuff than what you gain

Ketosis is better for fat loss than calorie deficit imo. Calories are a shitty measurement. Just cut out grains and most carbs, eat mostly animal foods and you’ll be good.

I didnt start Doing cardio before i lost like half of it, but i mainly did cardio to debloat. 15% incline with 4,5-6,5 speed
