Fix my sleep schedule. I used to sleep at 11 and wake up around 7.
i think a full day or so is enough time to flip it around, if you go too long without sleep you will end up sleeping for a really long time and it can get fucked up again tbh ngl

I actually am going for a full day, technically.

I woke up yesterday at 9am, and it'll be 9am in a few hours now, so that makes 24h. Add to that 13-14h to reach 10pm, and it's ideal for me to reschedule.

Appreciate it brother. I like how skipping a night of sleep makes me feel. I feel so happy and chill.

I feel good man. I did some googling, apparently sleep deprivation is good for depressed people. Lifefuel.
I’m also trying to wake up early. Used to wake up at 2pm, now at 9-10am.

That's good. Waking up early mogs. You gotta be the worst kind of rotter to wake up past noon (like I was for years).

Mirin. I might drink a cup of coffee ngl.
yeah that would keep me awake all night. this is my 3rd all nighter that i've pulled these past days. i get one day of good sleep then struggle to fall asleep the next day. the worst part is that my body is getting used to this insanely fucked up schedule.

Damn nigga 3 is a lot. I maybe pull one each month or two. I get you tho, I too have periods of being unable to sleep at all despite being tired.
