Going to warmup and start slow and then buildup the pace and take it to the next level.

-Good for heart health.
-Good for bone health.
-Increases stamina .
-Gets rid of unnecessary water weight and flushes down the water.

update:The run started at 5 am and got concluded at 6 am

idk i watched a goatis reel, now i just repeat that to feel better about not wanting to do any athletic endeavours
