Going for implants because lack of time and scared of recovery

My problem is that i am already 27yrs old, and every week or month is counting for me. I need to get some success asap because when its totally over in 3-4yrs i finally can accept my exit from the dating market better.
My bite is not good, and my palate and mandible would need to be widened first. A surgeon told me i need expansion of both jaws, and then forward movement of lower jaw and midface height reduction (lefort1?). I also have maxillary protrusion.

Still i would need to do mse/msdo and then wear braces for 1.5 years. Then after i could get my bimax and need a lot of time to recover.
Why not just get a agressive jaw implant and let a beard grow over it? What would you guys choose? I asked some friends irl, and they told me: "you would look good and could slay with a better jawline. Just get filler or implants and slay". But i know its not that easy.

what's your experience in the dating market?

PM me if you want tbh man, I’ve been through the whole implant vs bone though process before as well.
Most users aren’t practical here, lefort is not always the practical option.
