Bro, this is a simple exercise in geometry. There are two levers to increase mid-face ratio theoretically by that margin
- Increase IPD by around 5mm: no realistic way to do this. There is a hardcore surgery for that, that no MD on earth would perform for cosmetic reasons.
- Decrease midface-length by 5mm: Lowering your eyeballs is not possible realistically so you can only bring the highest point of your upper lip higher up. I think there are two ways to do so in general, lip lift and fillers. This needs to be examined by some MD. Often the result is awful, in particular males imo.
