I am confident I can go from low MTN to chadlite with my ascension plan. I have the coloring and misc features and nearly all of my flaws are jaw related.

Some ratios can't be realistically changed, but luckily most of my flaws are in areas that can be fixed.

I plan to complete my ascension within 2 years and then healthmaxx and stay in my prime for 20+ years.

I think such a leap is possible if the the midface ratios and eye development is good but jaw development or maxilla is recessed and that is fixed.

Whatever it takes

Whats your plan?

I was in a very similar position w flaws etc a few months but I think I'm prolly capped at MHTN w/o some extreme procedures that don't have good ROI.

Filler now and then implants in the future.

So your flaws are the most important aspect regarding facial aesthetics? And you are going to be a Chadlite??????

I have the coloring and misc features
so you have the easiest things to improve...

harm and dimo are way harder to improve than misc

I have a thread on the hardmaxxes but basically all of what's on the thread plus UC, fibroblasts, microneedling, co2 therapies?, fat grafting, potential hair transplant, lots of peptides, lumify, bimatoprost, taz, etc.

Gotcha,

I'm on accutane rn, boutta start UC, then I'm working on coloring/hair/fashion, and ofc filler before summer.

I'm a broke student rn so implants gonna have to wait a little while but thats fine.

One thing I'm still not sure on is mouth width, segmented lefort may increase it slightly but probably not to the ideal (I want +10% width). There are mouth stretchers but it seems pretty cope ngl

Wouldn't you need something like MARPE?

How would that work if you were also getting a lefort?

Multi segment lefort expands maxilla width without MARPE

not even mtn in dubai

I’m in a similar position. I have a wide skull, fortunate hyoid placement, good chin shape, low body fat and good soft tissue holding it altogether so my jaws look “fine” from the outside. But my bite is fucked and this is why my face doesn’t look harmonious, not because of nebulous “ratios” but simply because there’s gaps where bone should be.

Faces should be assessed around the bite and from the bottom up. Once I started seeing it this way I unsaw this undefined “harmony” concept and everything made so much more sense. More forwards growth and concavity is almost always the solution, even something like a narrow mouth can be balanced out by moving it forwards and up on the face (Lefort CCW).

It’s so simple what makes faces look good and how to fix it but it still isn’t talked about enough, even on here. I’ll walk out of any surgery consultation if they’re not seeing it my way on occlusal plane and concavity-convexity.
