Most of the ai stocks are overvalued imo like pltr but nvidia is definitely not something i would short they beat estimates every time. I think most of the short term pullback is over after michael burrys put options anyway but we might be in a bubble.

Burry shorted nvidia and pltr by more than a billion combined, i mean the guy did some shitty predictions in the past as well tbh, but i honestly don’t see how the ai bubble won’t burst soon especially with the huge amount of loans nvidia is giving out to companies for them to buy chips with

When they start making ai companies that are trading at p/e value of over 100 and their buisiness model isnt even profitable it is a sign of a bubble. And when the gdp growth was 0.1% without data centers its a another red flag. And deutsche bank explores hedges for data centre exposure and wants to include shorts of ai stocks or derivatives to transfer risk its also a red flag. There are shit tons of red flags in the ai sector and its nvidia carrying all companies on their shoulder as soon as they cant keep up with their crazy expactations shit might burst.
