Been doing OMAD for a while, I eat in the morning when I wake up. get all the calories i need for my caloric calorie deficit with 0.8 grams of protein per pound, and 3x a week fullbody lifting, I Just drink water or zero calorie drinks for the rest of the day after that. my bodyfat % has gone down without losing any muscle at all + gaining strength in the gym and i'm looking great. Anyone who tells you that eating omad or two meals a day, IF, is going to make you lose muscle is an absolute fucking retard and has no idea what they're talking about or they've never done it correctly. I feel great and back to my slayer lean self during senior year of high school. Life is fucking good right now. Also I have a cheat day every once or two weeks. Weekends with friends.

Thanks brah, I watched a vid about fasting yesterday @RICO posted. Pretty much 2 meals or 1 meal a day is the way to go. I’m sick of being a thick thighed tubby mofo

Yeah, but the KEY thing is you NEED to lift weights atleast 2x a week fullbody or 3x fullbody (if u dont want to go the gym so much or u can just go 5x or 6x and do a split) get your protein in so you don't lose muscle and end up looking skinny fat.

Remember that it comes down to the calories. Fasting is great because it's hard to eat large amounts in a shorter window and it lowers blood sugar, but you still need to be in a deficit.

If you get liver from a good source, you can even eat it raw for max benefits, the common idea that raw meat is the devil is ludicrous, but a tasty way is to make live and onions, look up old american recipes, it's one of the reasons Americans are dumber these days, they stopped eating organs
