Are you a Muslim by chance? I'm a Sufist and this will be my 3rd Ramadan. It's not as bad especially when you look at it like this - it's a real time 4x Discipline increasing event with a huge reward in the end. Every time I do Ramadan I leave it with even more discipline for the future and I achieve something incredible after it (last time it was a huuge deal in my SMMA business).
