Currently 20% bodyfat and tired of life, by November 30th I want to be 15% bodyfat or I'm hanging myself.

Assuming I'm on the lower end of high MTN, i aim to be low HTN in west after reaching 15% and maybe low cl in my country.
Last time I dropped from around 30% to 19% i went from sub 5 to where I am now in west, and ltn to where I am now in my country.
