i mean i used bpc 157 just to heal my stomch issues which were very bad and i used it straight for 8 days with 600mcg oral and since that the day i started it i never had any issue till now so it definetly was worth it for me. even though people have problems with histamin it doesn´t mean bpc is gonna cause problems it´s individual but unlucky me. but i coped with the problems for the short time cause there is no need for bpc to always take it. at the end it´s definetly worth it. now that i didn´t even need half of the capsules i passed it to my dad
