Dunno what is gonna happen there but I have a week to debloat, I'm in good shape but abs are not showing completely. If I'm lucky I will slay, she's my age. Going to the gym for 1 year has definitely been worth it, although my face didn't ascend that much it just got leaner. My body in the other hand looks much better now I just need more definition. Proportions > size

My body is similar to yours but I have more arms but you got a good frame I gotta say, I can't expand my clavicles.
