i don’t mean academically, i’m talking about how it shapes your socials, your environment, even whether you’ll have any friends at all. if you end up stuck in some poor, low income trash high school, it’s way harder to make friends, way harder to even have the “want” to improve yourself. you look around and it’s just ugly subhumans everywhere, people who don’t care about anything, and of course you’re not gonna feel motivated to try if that’s what you’re forced to see every single day. all of it drains you before you even get a chance. in a bigger, higher income high school, you’re more likely to make friends with how diverse the social dynamics are. the environment is different, the way people carry themselves. it gives you a shot at building something real, at actually having a social life. these next 4 years are so important, because they amplify the kind of person you’ll be in your ‘big boy’ years. if you’re in the wrong place, it sets you up for failure socially, mentally, everything.

not luck, just transfer out. why does jamal with a 1.9 gpa gets accepted into a big high school meanwhile tommy who actually tries gets rejected from all of them and ends up stuck in some low income trash small school
