What softmaxes can I apply before going to the party? To be leaner, better skin, hair, pink/red lips, etc.

I'm currently thinking only of exfoliating my skin, styling my hair, moisturizing/exfoliating my lips to make them more pink/red and taking caffeine as a diuretic to debloat my face and stay active.
