going to an ortho to get applications to fix my moderately recessed mandible

my side profile is pretty convex due to my mandible being slightly recessed and my nose being downturned. Tuesday im going to an ortho to get a consultation and im going to say i have problems with tmj (i think i actually might) and play it from there

the end goal is around 4-5mm of mandibular enhancement, wish me luck bros

Yeah it'll go well, a Herbst is the best solution for it. Make sure to never let them extract anything besides wisdom teeth.

might try to get bite blocks as well for added ccw rotation since my gonial angle is pretty shit but i also have a undersized ramus do you know anything on how i can grow it without surgery yet
