I sleep like this with my arms crossed and hugging myself tightly. Makes me feel good tbh.

I am lucky that I don't have major sleeping difficulties. Sometimes I have way too many bad thoughts, anxiety, etc. and I use sleeping pills. But that's only like once a week.



When I was still dating and I would go to bed with a girl in my arm, that was the best possible sleep quality. Always felt calm, relaxed, loved, and would sleep great.

Yeah it's insane, I was sharing one small bed with only 1 pillow, sheet and AC set too cold yet still feels better than sleeping alone in a king size bed.
