You won't? Besides, not eating won't increase your muscle. But to be frank, I don't know if you're morbidly obese.

I have been aggressively dieting for over 2 months and haven't been hungry once tbh. Energy levels are starting to take a dip, though.

You won't reach 8%, mein nigger, that is extremely lean. Be happy with 10-15% tbh. I am slightly above 15% I would imagine. Remember to add 5% to what bf you think you are. If you think you are 14%, then you are 19%.

I'm basing my estimates on bioelectric impendance (which is shit I know) but last time I got 13.8% bf at 64.8kg and now I'm at 66kg but have lifted for almost a year so it should be 14% probably, I have slight abs.
I wanna get to 10% just to see what it looks like I definitely won't maintain it though, I just want to not get fat when I bulk I never wanna be fat again tbh

mein nigger, biometric machine at my gym had me at 7% body fat when I was closer to 20%. It is an extremely inaccurate way to measure body fat, much more inaccurate than the naked eye.

I like waking up fat. That's why I gorge on ice cream and olive oil before going to bed.

This was also a really expensive machine they have at the gym, so imagine how shitty a cheap scale is. Biometric is dogshit.
